Our mission
The Picket Twenty Community Association (PTCA) is a registered charity (No. 1157516) dedicated to supporting and strengthening the Picket Twenty community by providing an inclusive, welcoming space for residents of all ages.
At the heart of this is the Picket Twenty Community Centre, owned by Test Valley Borough Council and managed by a dedicated team of PTCA trustees and volunteers who work together to create opportunities for connection, wellbeing, and community life.
The centre hosts a wide range of classes, groups, and family-friendly events, while also offering flexible and affordable spaces for private hire, celebrations, and community activities.

Children aged between 10 and 16 are welcome to come along to our Level up club! Enjoy 2 hours of fun in our games room, boardgames, activities and pizza, all completely FREE! Parents and carers are encouraged to stay for a chat and a hot drink whilst their children socialise with others their age. Booking required as spaces are limited.

Picket Twenty Community Association is powered by a passionate team of trustees and volunteers who care deeply about the neighbourhood we share. Together, we work to make Picket Twenty a welcoming, supportive, and thriving place for our families, friends, and neighbours.
As a registered charity, we manage and develop the Picket Twenty Community Centre as a vibrant hub for residents of all ages. We’ve made fantastic progress, but continuing to grow and deliver great activities depends on the support of people like you.
We’re always looking for volunteers to join our team, whether you can offer a little time occasionally or become more regularly involved. There are a wide range of opportunities available — from helping at events and supporting activities to administration, fundraising, and trustee roles.
If you’d like to get involved and make a positive difference in your community, we would love to hear from you.

Had my party here and I can't honestly fault any thing ,right from the booking I found the responses to my querys from Stacey really quick to answer , nothing was to much trouble ,and then in the day everything was explained,the whole cente is really modern ,the hall is clean and has some great features we used the projector for our party which is. Massive bonus and give a great touch ,the games room is unreal with all the latest games and kept the older kids amused while I enjoyed my party not worried what they are doing ,I would highly recommend it as fantastic value for hall hire compared to other less equipt venue's,thank you for everything

It was fantastic!! Everything the kids could want and all of them had an amazing time! The staff were brilliant too. Stacey was incredibly helpful with the booking and answering all our questions. Mike helped all the children with the VR headset. He was kind and patient and brilliant with the kids! Great selection in the room keeping a bunch of excitable 9 year olds occupied and very happy!! Highly recommend!!
